Please read the terms and conditions given below before using our website. Your consent to the Terms and Conditions when you use the site, without qualification. If you disagree with any part of the Terms and Conditions, you may not use the Site or make a booking.

Contract

Your contract with Bird Cube Travel commences when we give you travel advice and you get the confirmation of your holiday package. Once the contract is made we are responsible for providing the travel arrangements you have booked and you are requested to pay us for the booking. For any booking wherein there are two or more people, the person who makes the booking either online or contacting us through telephone is liable to pay for the reservation.

Payments

Full payments of all services including promotional offers and fares based on foreign currency need to be paid at the time of booking. Just in case we are unable to obtain the confirmation and any alternative cannot be offered, a refund will be issued.

The Company will not accept responsibility for cash sent through the post. The company reserves the right to pass on any charges relating to returned cheque (s) and credit card charge backs. Taxes and fuel surcharges do fluctuate and all bookings are subject to additional charges as these are consolidated contract fares with special conditions. The Company reserves the right to charge you in addition for any handling fees incurred by us in relation to booking(s) made by credit or charge card. You will be notified of the relevant charges prior to issue of a confirmation invoice. If your travel documents are being paid for with a third party credit/debit card we will require written authorization to be provided by the cardholder

Deposits

At the time of booking you must pay a deposit, the amount of which varies from Rs 1000 per person up to the total holiday cost, depending on the type of booking, and pay any balance of the cost of the holiday no later than 8 weeks before departure or 7 days from the date of booking whichever is lower. If you book inside 8 weeks of departure full payment is required at time of booking. If you do not make the required payments, your booking will be cancelled. If you have paid a deposit and fail to pay the balance on time you will lose your deposit. Fares are not guaranteed until full payment has been received.

Alterations by the company

We ensure that the published descriptions are correct. However, we do not own or operate airlines or suppliers and cannot control or prevent changes. Bird Cube Travel reserves the right to change the description of any flight and/or ground service before you book and in such case you will be informed before a confirmation invoice is issued. Although under no obligation to do so, company will endeavor to notify all changes before departure if it is practicable to do so. No compensation is payable by the Company in such cases. Should a schedule change occur to your itinerary after full balance/ticket issue, on either the outbound or return flights the relevant supplier's decision will be final or Bird Cube Travel charges may be applicable.

Cancellation by the company

In any unlikely situation if the booking has to be fully/partially cancelled, the amount would be refunded by Bird Cube Travel deducting insurance premium and amendment fee. The company also reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the service of a package. If the booking is cancelled before departure for any reason other than non-payment by you, then you will be offered the choice of purchasing another arrangement from us. Any price differences will payable/refundable as applicable, or of receiving a full refund of amount paid to the Company (except insurance premium and any amendment fees). In addition, unless the cancellation has been caused by "force majeure" or "low bookings" refund/compensation will be paid to you once the refund/compensation is processed by the vendor. The Company will never cancel a package within 30 days of departure except for reasons of "force majeure" (check below).

Pricing Policy

The fares and other pricing information mentioned on the website are subject to availability. Once the client gets the confirmation invoice the prices

Suppliers' Conditions

Between the client and the supplier mentioned on the website, the standard terms and conditions of the suppliers are applicable. The suppliers' standard conditions may limit or exclude liability, often in accordance with international conventions. Copies of these conditions may be requested in writing but up to 28 days must be allowed for delivery.

Rights

Please note that a flight described as "direct" will not necessarily be non-stop. All departure/arrival times are provided by the airlines concerned are estimates only. They may change due to air traffic control restrictions, weather conditions, operational/maintenance requirements and the requirement for passengers to check in on time. Bird Cube Travel will not be responsible if there is any change in departure and arrival time. We would unable to make any arrangements for you if you are delayed; these matters are in the sole discretion of the airline concerned. Your ticket is your document. You're requested to check-in at least 90 minutes prior for the domestic and at least 180 minutes prior for an international travel.

Passport/Visa

Compulsory passport and visa information and compulsory health requirements for the journey can be either obtained from us or through your visa agent or through Airlines. It is your responsibility to comply with the information provided and to any loss that may arise due to failure to comply.
Please note that the passport should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of return.

Departure Taxes

All taxes may not be included in your ticket price. There are chances that in some cases departure taxes may have to be paid locally. These are payable to the Government of the country of departure and are non-refundable.

Special Requests

Just in case you have any special requests, you can get in touch with our team. We would pass the required documents to the supplier, but the grant cannot be guaranteed.

E-tickets

You can choose between paper tickets and e-tickets during the booking procedure. Please note that airlines have their own rules and regulations regarding e-ticketing. We recommend that you check these rules before travelling. Bird Cube Travel cannot be held responsible for non-compliance with these rules.

Travel Documents

You would receive all your travel documents – e-ticket, insurance, voucher, coupons etc. within 0 -24 hours after the entire payment is made.

Customer Behavior

It is your responsibility to ensure that you do not behave in an inappropriate or causes offence or danger to others or which risks damage to property belonging to others (including but not limited to drunkenness, air rage) whilst on your holiday or using a service/product. If your behavior is inappropriate and/or causes offence, or damage to others, or risks damage to property belonging to others, we and/or our suppliers (e.g. airline staff) may cancel your booking

To ensure that the information provided is correct you can get in touch with the required supplier and embassy. Bird Cube Travel does not guarantee that the information provided on the website is free from errors, but we strive hard to ensure that we give you the best.

Please mention - Refund will be made in the same form in which payment was made within 7 working days

Cancellation Policy - If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
